The Rates of our Apartments

Please Note :

For stays of more than a week we invite you to contact our staff for a custom quotation.
The prices shown above are in Euro and include the consumptions of electricity, water, gas, heating, air condition (where available) and cleaning with weekly change of linens.
No daily cleaning available.
The rates are per apartment.

Payments Terms & Conditions :

Cash in advance. We do not accept payments with credit cards, Bancomat or traveller cheques at present. Please contact our staff for further information.

Booking Terms & Conditions :

Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 12 am to 5 pm and check-out before 10 am unless you've agreed a different check-in or check-out time with Inn Apartments staff. Upon check-in a responsible of Inn Apartments staff will deliver the keys or the apartment chosen, and show the practical aspects of the apartment. At the same time, our guests are pleased to show and provide a copy of the documents of all the people accommodating in the apartment, and to pay the remaining amount due, if not previously paid. Upon check-out our guests must give our staff back the keys of the apartment delivered upon arrival.
Number of people
It is not allowed to accommodate more people than the ones indicated above in our apartments for rent. We won't accept people in excess in our rental apartments not declared at the moment of the booking confirmation.
Responsibility
Inn Apartments cannot be considered responsible of any breakdown, accidents, theft, water, electricity, and gas interruption, or any other problem caused by the guest during his accommodation in our apartments in Florence and Prato. Inn Apartments staff will always be available to give you all the assistance you may need and to solve any problem you may have during your accommodation in our rental apartments in Florence and Prato.
